ABT Innovia is an independent aquatic biotechnology and aquaculture research and training company with its own dedicated R&D facilities in Malta. ABT Innovia guarantees experimental results will be of the highest integrity and quality, driving your product or process forwards in the industry.
Research and development
At ABT Innovia we welcome enquiries relating to R&D from a wide variety of interested parties including those involved with developing, among others:
- Aquatic animal feeds, both formulated and live;
- Feed additives;
- New species to aquaculture;
- Live feed enrichment products;
- Pro- or pre-biotic feed or water additives;
- Aquatic animal vaccines;
- Parasite treatments;
- Hatchery technologies;
- System technologies.
Quality and assurance
ABT Innovia operates in compliance with the requirements of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in accordance with EU Directive 88/320/EEC to ensure the highest quality of our services, while analytical techniques re carried out according to the specifications of ISO17025:2005. The research facilities and management practices are presently being prepared for full GLP certification.
Clients are also informed that all enquiries to, project discussions with and results generated by ABT Innovia will be treated in the strictest confidence.
